    I'm a 28 yo guy with a girlfriend, and a long-term relationship with P and M.
    It's my 4th day without it and I think talking to someone who is in a similar situation (via PM's) can really help me out, and also give me the opportunity to help someone else at the same time.

    This is beautiful, and guys, open up to your close male friends, you guys will be astonished of how many, normal, apparently not struggling, friends you might have around you, facing the same issue, treat lightly when you do it though.
