Looking at softcore?

I was on instagram looking at random pics, when I saw a picture of a girls booty (which reminded me of a p star not gonna name her so it wont trigger others). I quickly turned scrolled past it and my temptation made me to go back and just look at it for a few more seconds.
Now the that image is stuck on my mind like a ocd thought.
Does this nullify my streak, is it better to restart again from day 0?

it might be just my ocd trying to make me have a perfect nofap streak and when i look at pics like the one i just did, it makes me feel like i relapsed.

No its not a relapse. But now onwards you should think about the consequences that can make you relapse. These girls boys difference is nothing like what we humans make it. Be calm and stay strong

Thanks, it's just with my OCD (which is way worse due to years of pmo addiction), I'm still trying to let go of perfection, It's literally impossible for someones nofap streak to be perfect:
there will always be pictures on social media, images on ads, billboards, half naked women down the street!. These are out of my control so its best to just let them be, and move on.
Important thing is to focus on the main thing: NOT watching PORN and MASTURBATING/EJACULATING!.

Yes, let it happen. Just control on things which are in our control. Dont do anything intentionally

You didn't relapse. If you'd gone off to look at pictures of that porn star, I'd consider that a relapse.

If it continues, I'd really think about putting Instagram (and any other triggering social media sites) in your "no-go" list for a while, at least until you get some solid time under your belt. When you abstain from porn, you are actively denying your brain the euphoric high that it's become conditioned to expect, so your brain will seek out other ways to get that dopamine hit. You need to be prepared to be triggered by material that never seemed to be a problem before, and plan for it accordingly.

  6. here is the key. it is the direction your going in that matters...no I would not reset. just keep going in the direction, you chose to go. this is not about perfection so much as a commitment to continues change.

  7. To be clear, I think a lot of people here disagree that what you looked at was softcore.

If you had actually looked at softcore P, that would be considered a relapse. You'd have to leave the planet to avoid spotting an attractive body part occasionally. As far as what you saw, it's not the first look that does it, it's usually the prolonged look that leads to trouble.

  8. I wouldn't consider it a relapse but spend less time on social media. I only use mine for memes mostly lol
