Looking at Women

Hi Guys,

I'm on my 4th day of PM. Still getting some urges but I'm trying to get busy. I'm wondering if looking at beautiful women without fantasizing is considered as a relapse or reset.
For instance, yesterday I saw a pretty lady on the bus and couldn't help myself but check her out. Nevertheless, I didn't get hard or didn't think about anything sexual.

There's nothing bad in looking women. That's part of your normal masculine behaviour, and means you are healthy. Those are things we, as humans, do. As long as you don't masturbate / watch porn again, I wouldn't say you should reset the counter.
 
It's not a relapse nor a reset;The reason I stopped was that it gets urges in my head to watch the content, and it's not respectful to do that to a person.
Just look away, you will never see those women again.
