New Fapstronaut
Hi everyone like probably most of you, I've been a truly addicted fapper since puberty hit.
I've only had one ultimate goal in life and that was to find happiness through a loving relationship. Well now I'm questioning myself, I still adore women but I don't know whether another failed relationship will bring me happiness. On the other hand if I didn't have such depressing problems from masturbaing to porn for sexual release then I would have a successful relationship.

I'm 21 years old, trying my hardest to keep busy by studying and working. Also about to set off on a crazy adventure to Asia, which funnily enough the idea came around during the time of a nofap.

I have managed to get to 60 days with only fapping twice, that was around a year ago when I began meditating, the benefits it brought me literally changed my life for the better. Stopped smoking weed and cigarettes were 2 major game changers for me, especially as a sports coach.

Anyway I am here to start a cycle of complete freedom from porn and masturbation. I would HUGELY appreciate anyone who is serious to begin this goal with me. Knowing that 90 days on average will help our brain reboot will be the main objective. I believe it's possible to keep going after that if you want to but the initial days, weeks and even month/s are the most difficult.

I don't know about you but nearly every time I've tried to stop nofap a voice will enter my head and basically spend the whole day convincing me it's okay to fap. I can palm it off sometimes but then there are times when it will keep coming back until I'm literally wrapped around the bollocks!

We'd keep in contact via this site, skype or email. Hopefully at least once or twice a week to keep each other motivated.

Remember we all have a battle within..Positive and Negative, but who wins? The one you feed!

Yea, I be happy to keep contact and support. Congrats on the stopping weed and cigs. I am a cert personal trainer, so being like you in that health and fitness are important, I'm really glad to hear that. I know that voice, that alter-ego, can be convincing and talk loudly sometimes, but as long as have ways to deal on hand, its possible. Literally, have a list in your wallet of alternative behaviors, people you can call, etc...if the voice starts up. Great work so far. you can do this! :)
