Looking for a long-term, committed ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNERship

Hey,
I’m looking for a serious accountability partner(s) - 1-3 people for 90+ days, ideally long-term. I’ve done 96 days of MONK MODE with an accountability partner before, and I think it’s the best way to stay focused on the goal and be successful.

Please contact me if you’re really determined and willing to commit to at least one daily text with a report on how it went.

Ask yourself: On a scale of 0-10, how much do I really want to beat this addiction? 0 is: I will fail anyway. 10 is: I will do anything, I will never give up. If you’re at least a 7 on the scale, I would appreciate your contact. :)

I have also done other accountability partnerships in the past as support on my personal development journey and found them powerful. They give the best chances for success. I’m a wellness coach and have been on a personal development journey for the last 11 years. Long-term NoFAP is the last wellness goal I want to achieve. I’m happy to share some techniques I’m personally using daily to be more in control of my actions.

I’m 45, physically and mentally more like 35 :), a male from Europe, living in Japan. Because I’m an online wellness coach, I’m used to talking to many nationalities and ages, so I don’t really care how old you are or where you’re from as long as you’re committed to the partnership.

We won’t be striving for perfection. It’s a process where slip-ups can happen, so supporting each other, being kind to each other, and being kind to ourselves is very important. :)

The accountability partnership would work this way: Each of us would set our own goals to achieve, and we would report to each other every day in a chat (I can use WhatsApp, LINE, Signal, or Skype) on how we’re doing. The daily report is the most important part, so if you’re not willing to send at least a short message about how you’re doing, it won’t work. I’m sorry. I found the daily report very powerful and important when I was doing it in the past.

I’m also happy to have a video call from time to time if that would be helpful for you.

How to know what's good or bad?

If it feels bad to do and feels bad when done, it's bad. (Thief)
If it feels good to do and feels bad when done, it's bad. (Cheating)
If it feels bad to do and feels good when done, it's bad. (Exercise)
If it feels good to do and feels good when done, it's good. (Love)

Things that ultimately feels bad when done, we should never do, such as PMO or cheating.

Hi, I just restarted trying to quit, normal mode. In the last 1000+ days my longest streak has been 33 days with an average of 3 days. I now want to stop PM for 90 days, preferably a year. My motivation on the visual analogue scale is 7+. Despite the many setbacks, I am very motivated and I think it would be a good idea to have contact with an accountability partner. Your story really appealed to me and I would like to hear your response.
