Hey guys, I found that procrastination is the biggest possible trigger for me. I always have things I could be doing, but when I choose not to, and waste time instead - that's when 90% of my past relapses happened. So, any advice in fighting procrastination? I know, it's in my mind. It's about the control of my mind. Nevertheless any helpful resource would be most welcome. Movies, videos, books, articles, experiences etc. Many thanks in advance.
