Title says it all. Although this forum helped me, I'm looking to communicate with a single person. Keep each other updated on our progress.

I have been trying the PMO challenge for the past year. 21 days is my max. I am not beating myself up however: Attempting the challenge and giving in to the urge after 10 days (that's usually how it goes) is still better than PMOing everyday. I feel the benefits.

However I want to try having an accountability buddy. Doesn't the AA call this a sponsor? I have started the 90 day challenge yesterday, this is day 1, so if somebody wants to do this with me, please.

What I expect is keeping each other updated through email/whatsapp. When there is in urge we have somebody, anonimously, that we can fall back on. 1-1. I'm sorry of there is already a thread for this.

    Good luck everyone!

You don't seem very serious about quitting. I wouldn't want to commit to you if you feel like "giving into the urge after 10 days" is okay. It's not okay. How do I know you are committed to this?

Did I ever say that relapsing after 10 days was okay? No I am saying that after beating myself up constantly after relapsing and feeling guilty and hating myself, I now have a different perspective. That every day of not doing PMO is better than doing it

  6. I'd think different tools work for different people :) myself i have benefitted so much from this forum (still do) and youtubers, and then of course getting more in touch with my true self (writing stuff down, meditation, getting real with life). Whatever helps to walk a good path is great.
