I recommend to go to some social places and be courageous enough to speak . Speak with everybody that you wish to. Apart from the opposite sex, be careful with it . Give no validation and speak your mind. What is your streak? I'm 26 days free from sex, don't rememeber when was the last time using porn. My goals: To go work in the summer in foreign location, or in here Bulgaria if I got a great option. Other Goal: to continue with retention as much as I would like to. Probably till July . To write a book about overcoming addictions.

How big were your streaks? Don't overwhelm yourself. You can do this step by step. Do not push, but deep down know that failure is not an option for you.
Very well said. I average anywhere from 4-8 days. The longest I went was about six weeks four years ago. I had major motivation as I was going to ask my girlfriend to marry me. Didn't happen and cut to 4 years later, single and addicted to this. I have made post-its saying "NO PMO- Don't be a loser." They actually seem to help. Thanks for reaching out, let's stay in touch.
