I'm a 20 year old male, I started NoFap on Jan 26 and made it up until yesterday when I relapsed on MO but I still have refrained from porn. I went about nine days I think which is already the longest I've gone without it since I started PMO like 7 years ago. I was doing really good by myself and I figured I didnt need any help but Ive quickly learned that this is nearly impossible to do on your own.
