Looking for article link -- Why M is bad for you

A couple of days ago there was a thread that lead off with a link to an article on why masturbation is actually bad for you. It looked way interesting and helpful, but I got caught up at work in some other task. Now I can't find the thread, but I thought it was something like, "Why masturbation is bad for you." Does anyone recall seeing that and specifically the link to the article? Thanks!
