Looking for something better

Hey, I’m a 19 year old student and have realized that I can’t fully recover on my own without some people that have strategies and kinda have more experience than me. Have gone as much as 18 days but usually only last a few. Can’t focus sometimes when not using but using causes it host of issues as well. Deleted all social media a few years back so doing this forum at all is rather foreign to me. Wish me luck and any pointers or beginner forums or something I should check out would be appreciated.
