Looking for Truth that nobody talks about nofap

I'm gonna try to be quick
why do some people suffer more from fapping even tho they might be more athletic, healthy eaters, have better sleeping schedule, workout and such yet others who take hard drugs don't sleep eat shit ,still outperform me when it comes to masturbating? on a daily.

if they already outperform me in everything is there even a point of me doing nofap when they outperform me while fapping, in every aspect of life?
Or is there a sciance behind why some people especially suffer more from faping then others on cocaine, pill, weed, crystal meth, lean and more at once and still outperfrom someone who only faps as the only drug I don't get it. Might fapping just be more dangerous then Cocaine pills crystal meth and weed at once?

What do you mean by out performing?
Also think about this. If your athletic and est healthy and lead a drug free life and you stop your porn addiction, you got no other drug to use as a crutch. Now the doper can just get urges and hit some cocaine or pot and they'd be distracted with that over abundance of dopamine in their brain, it's really that simple, they trade one dopamine high for another even more damaging one. Those people are fake, you are genuine, and your brain would be much better for it and the fruits of you labor much more valuable.

First thank you for your time .They out perform me in stuff like

Mathematics/ logical thinking/ strategical thinking
they are more creative then me
they are more successful in dating live
they are better at focusing on something
they have better memory
they control their anger better
overall they are alpha next to me in everything
even tho they take hardcore drugs and my only drug is masturbation not even porn

so if they outperform me when I'm just on one drug does it mean masturbation is worse drug category then stuff they take like... cocaine, meth, weed, pills, LSD, alcohol and such

to sum it up can masturbation for some people work like cocaine, meth, weed, at the same time?

It seems to me you have a specific person in mind, because I know some dopers that are the most incompetent, saddest, and viceful people I've met. Masturbation nor drugs can single handedly make you 'Good' at any of the things you have mentioned, its all natural ability and training/dedication. So in conclusion you ought to start working at these abilities you want to be better at, and find what you naturally excel at as well.

To answer your question, I've seems things be said that masturbation can release as much dopamine in your brain as cocaine but I dont have the studies, and obviously not as many harmful side effects. Still best not to though and get yourself a girl through hard work hope this helps.

P.s. I know you seem down on yourself for not excelling at these things but if they are doing hard drugs they are a god damn loser that's for sure and are certainly unwise.

I know nofap won't make me a god at everything. But when I mention what my crack friends are better at I'm not talking about being better then me slightly. There is a huge difference like if police stopped my friends circle they would investigate me first for how stupid I am or look like a crack head. So either I'm special or masturbation is worse then cocaine but nobody studied this
I know they are losers but as long statistics show that I'm the loser here I don't know if nofap is even the way out thats why I'm looking for answers or if someone was in the same situation

There are certainly benefits to nofap but I don't think that it will solve your specific concerns, sounds more like a self improvement/self esteem thing. And no I don't think porn is WORSE than cocaine, both are equally debilitating and have different side effects.
