Looking forward

Trying to look forward. All I do is think about the urges, think about my past attempts and falling short. But this week I’m trying to look only forward. No longer do I need to look back because all that does is make me think “I’m gonna fail anyway so mine as well do it now then to get further and then crack.” Shutting those thoughts down now. Gonna try to work out all this week also figured that will keep help out a bit.. change up my daily routine, cause sitting in my room laying in bed helps absolutely nothing. Let’s do this bob!
