    Hey Everyone,

    Just wanted to know if looking into instagram and ofcourse you all know whats there in it. Hot girls. Will it affect my nofap journey. should i avoid it?

    IMO it never effected me because I only follow close friends and I usually dont get anything that could tempt me. I would be incredibly careful who you follow. Like all things on the internet, its about how you use the site/app. If you're using it as a tool to grow in life and build stronger relationships with your friends, then yeah, I would say go for it. just be careful.
