I have no problems to stay away from porn... My difficult is to stay without an ejaculation for more 6-7 days.... So usually I masturbate my self 2 time by week... I try to stay without masturbating for two weeks with more difficulties and on 12° day I started to have spontaneus emmission and same beginning of spontaneus orgasm during the day that I blocked... In 13 and 14 day I was losing my body's controll, because I risked to have an ejaculation in public during the day, while I had more insomnia i the night... I afraid to loose controll on my ejaculation: I dont won't!!! Usually I can controll it very well, also when I do sex... Can nofap bring to lose controll on orgasm?? I don't wont this effect! So this night I had to masturbate, I came in only 4 seconds and I have a terrible chaser effect that is continuing just now... What can I do now???

  2. Just give it time. Usually the body gets back to normal after we fully reboot. Other than that there really is nothing other you can do apart from wearing a diaper or masturbating to prevent this. If you have bad chaser effect I would just recommend to let this happen next time. Really people will not notice as long as you are not being very vocal.

A spontaneus Ejaculation during the day can be normal?

Maybe a Dr can reply. Most of us are not qualified, but you can do a search I'm sure.

  5. I mean it is not normal for healthy people. But for people who's genitals, hormonal system and nervous system has been damaged by too much masturbation and pornography it is "normal". Kinda the same way as cold sweats are not normal for healthy person but is "normal" for drug junkie who goes through withdrawal. Normal in a sense that it is to be sometimes expected. Once your body heals, which will happen faster if you do not MO, especially in excess, and just let it do it's thing, it will probably stop.
