if you can successfully orgasm during sex without erectile disfunction then you win my friend. The whole purpose of nofap is to rewire the brain to real life interactions instead of a computer screen or phone. I say on nofap have as much sex as you want that's the whole purpose in my opinion anyway.

Yeah bro I've been on & off NoFap for the past year, only joined this very recently and began a new streak on Monday. I've never actually had sex but done other things with girls so I'm sticking to just abstaining from PM because that's my main problem. I love your advice man thanks
