Lost my Determination

God! I need you

Fapstronaut
I broke my 37 days streak on 30dec
And since then
I have fapped 3 times

I know what to do
But
I have lost all of the determination I had when I started to use this site first time

I have reasons to quit this
But I don't why I those reasons seems to work now.
I need my seniors(who are older than me) to guide me on this site

First, while we try not to relapse in our journeys, relapses aren't failures. They reveal our weaknesses, which are great opportunities for us to learn from our own mistakes. So make good use of that to do a self-reflection. Try not to repeat the same mistakes again. In this way, you have made progress.

Also, while your streak is gone, this doesn't mean the benefits resulted from your previous 37 days are gone as well. The streak is just a number, try not to get too attached to it. Alternatively, you may try to track your progress by the number of relapses, e.g. trying to relapse less number of times in 2023 than the last year.

I hope this helps, good luck!

What I feel a bit difficult is being accountable everyday

If I account myself everyday
The number of relapsed decreases

My question is
Do I need to tell myself daily that
I will not relapse

Personally, I don't put too much emphasis on "not to relapse", as this will only make you think about relapsing more (and hence you will really be relapsing more). Instead, I recommend thinking about your life responsibilities, visions, dreams and goals. Try to focus on these things, and you will not think about PMO that much.

You may also start a journal here for accountability. You may get some useful advice and support from people as well.

By the way, you may take a look of an e-book which you may find useful, it contains a lot of information regarding NoFap:

I got your point bro
I will try to decrease the number of relapses every month or year

Our main objective is to keep ourself so far that Masturbation can not affect us even if we did it for one or two times.
It should not screw up our routine
Our mind, our body and our aspirations.
Thanks
