Lost sobriety last p.m. Just cannot stay off the internet. Was exhausted from being up 39 hours because of my two jobs (yes, I know. Cannot quit either, thank you). So anyway, can't stay off internet. When on internet, unless partner present, or just getting on for a specific, single task, or without phoning some friends, then I will type in pornographic terms, then will start with small pics, enlarge them, and then look at nudity. Nudity leads to porn, which leads to harder porn, and then masturbation. Must start over. Have a request in for a sponsor. Hope that, and not getting on internet when alone will help.
