I’ve a question: will the abovementioned supplements (such as zinc, etc.) help boost T levels even if you’re not deficient?
Hey brother thanks for the input, well zinc is crucial for male hormone production so if you’re not deficient in this key mineral it won’t cause your T levels to drop. But we may not always get 11mg of zinc per day from food so I take a men’s multivitamin (based on prostate support) daily that includes zinc, copper etc.

Why some men give up after their very first defeat?

In one experiment, 46 males entered a rigged one-on-one competition. All of them got their testosterone measured before and after the event.


Among the losers, testosterone levels increased in some men after their defeat.


Those men were significantly more likely to choose to compete again.


And here's the best part.


Guess what factor predicted this post-competition spike in testosterone?


Pre-competition testosterone level.


In other words, men with higher testosterone are more likely to:

- Get a testosterone spike after a defeat
- Decide to try the challenge again


While men with low testosterone... Well, they accept defeat and crawl into their hole. They stay losers.


Because testosterone is the essence of man. It's the hormone of winners. And even when you face defeat, with high testosterone you just get back up and try again—until you win.


That's why you need to keep an eye on it, especially after you hit 40 (that's when your T starts going down by 1-2% every year.)


According to studies, the best natural way of boosting your testosterone is Tongkat Ali.
