low testosterone

hi guys, i'm 27 yrs old , i noticed the problem with my libido 4 yrs ago ,back then i was on pmo for almost 10yrs. i visited a urologist and he ordered some tests(total free testosterone TSH LH PROLACTIN )..all test results came back normal except total testosterone was 1.5...he put me on antidepressants and clomiphene citrate 50 mg once .. after only 2 weeks on low dose 50 mg my level became above 15 on lab test.. he said did you take injections.. he changed my antidepressants and said its psychological. since then my test results comes about 4 ng/dl without pmo or any drug at all .. almost 2yrs without relapse my hair turned gray my eyesight is worsening i cant focus depressed all the time.. i just don't know what am i doing wrong.. before these days i had no problem watching ejaculating may be 4 times day.. i just don't know... anyone had success with no pmo only (or testosterone replacement therapy is my only option) i am still unmarried...
