Hi all, Does anybody ever get the side effect of lower back pain after relapse? It usually takes a couple days for my lower back to feel better. Maybe it has to do with lower testosterone levels in your system after relapse, but I don't know for sure. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
Oh yes! This always happens to me.. when am on a streak I am stronger. When I start relapsing I literally feel weak. And I feel pains on my lower back also.. it’s funny how we have same symptoms..
I think it's the body letting you know it has enough of your fapping habit or addiction. Continue with such practices may have major consequences on your well being such as nerves damages, chemical substances overloaded or adrenal glands even attacked. When you're trying to quit, it will be more difficult and you'll experience severe withdrawals.
Same here. I feel much more energetic too. It lets me do everything with more conviction when I'm clean. This website is helping me a lot though.
Yep. That happened to me as well. I will also experience allergies at least 12 hours after I relapsed. I'll have to take allergy meds to make them disappear. The problem is, it's not recommended for anyone to keep consuming the drug, since it's a heavy-duty drug. Meaning if I keep relapsing, the side effects of the drug will start to show up.

Hey man, I'm doing alright. I still can only manage 7-10 day streaks it seems like before giving in. Trying different tactics to solve this issue. Hoping to accomplish 90 days before the end of the year. What about you?
Before rebooting i feel like my bck is weak. Tried doing front bend yoga post and nearly overstrained my bck. Then after 2 months of rebooting i started to feel slight pain and fatigue at my lower back. After rebooting for 3months im all good now. Things are fucked up for me though. I guess my pelvis muscles are tighten and this happened after relapsing.
