Does lucid dreaming of porn count as a relapse? In the dream, I knew I was dreaming but couldnt resist the temptation which was odd because Ive been abstaining from PMO for 16 days and it felt like a breeze. And is there a correlation between nightmares and dreams of porn? Because I just had a dream where I had an orgasm from watching porn and then felt this shiver like that feeling you get from a nightmare but the dream didnt feel like a nightmare at all. That feeling of shiver is still haunting me as im writing this
