Lust increasing

I do not understand how you came to this conclusion. Obviously, going out to stare at women is going to increase your lust. How could you not know that?

Here again, I do not understand your rationale. You think that masturbating will release and reduce your sexual urges? Rather, masturbating will increase your lust. You will give the brain what it craves - a flood of dopamine - and it will want more. So yeah, continue with your streak. Don't masturbate, don't look at anything arousing and stop staring at women.

 

About the increasing lust.

Personally, I found out as the days go on, the urges increase. Soon though, these previous urges will only become a standard of normal that you will be perfectly ok with. So don't worry about you turning into some sort of uncontrollable lust monster as though the urges will increase, you will be able to control it.

There will be days where you're so lustful that you want to fap to rid yourself of these urges. Don't as those will get rid of what you worked for and it's very disrespectful to the promise you made at Day 1. Instead, wait it out. Everyone has bad days and after those, you grow and finally get that good day in. You will control this.

Instead of thinking lustfully about those women, think compassionately, Compassion kills Lust, I´ve tried it, if you tweak what arouses you into a compassionate situation you wont fap, pure and simple.
