Can't remember the last time I made it one full week without PMO. The urges are ridiculous but I can't figure out if it really is an urge or if it's just a bad habit. Regardless I find writing about this to somewhat satisfy, or at least reduce, said urge. I've heard it takes approximately 21 days to form a habit. In my mind if I can make it three weeks without PMO it'll start to get easier, not easy just easier. Can anyone verify this? Someone who has been PMO-free for quite some time, did it eventually become less of a challenge?
