Made it to 30 days

Well it took me a year to do it and finally here I am to 30 days of no PMO. I think for me the biggest takeaway is that you have to make the decision to quit PMO and take the appropriate actions to do it. I've gone through depression, withdrawls, and relapses just to understand myself and develop that discipline to say "ok this is what's causing my trigger points and this is what I need to stop causing those triggers leading to relapse". I also believe that affirming that P is not in your vocabulary is what got me through this process. Willpower was huge for me. As written in my journal, i've gone through some big urge attacks and withstood them though it hurt but it was worth it.

With that, if I feel an urge, it's not as difficult to rub it off and go on with life. Still got a long ways to go as I got other bad habits to replace with new ones. Still have to work on my social skills and communication.

If there's anything you want to know, just ask. Again, this is only a small victory. Keep fighting the good fight.

Hey BuddyLee, great to see you at 30 days!

Keep fighting, P is not in the vocabulary of a happy & strong man!

Thanks a lot man. Definitely couldn't do it all alone. Still got a long way to though. Here's to another 30 days. Now it's time to work on the social and communication life. Also I need to rid of this procrastination disease. That one is a killer.

Any good ideas?
