Made It To Day 30 But..

    Man I can't believe I just relapsed. I lost it to some damn YouTube video too Smh. What I do take comfort in is that I didn't actually fap to Porn pictures but some audio erotica. I know it's really the same thing but usually I would go running to some pics but I didn't.
    I hate that the urges won over today.. I really do. Only thing I can do is get back up and start fresh. I still feel great even after all of this. I don't believe the discipline I showed for a whole month is gone in one instance. I'm going to approach the new streak stronger, better and smarter. Stay strong folks. We may lose the battle but we will win the war!

    Dont worry, this is just a part of the process. I know it from myself. It took me some time to overcome a day, then a week, then a 30 days...

    Everytime you see something like that kind of video, just literally run away, run away as your legs are on fire!!!

    30 days is a great streak man, one relapse to some audio erotica is not going to set you back to square one as long as you dont allow it to become a full blown relapse with a binge. just learn from it and come back stronger this time

    Thanks man. That's what I was thinking. I really don't feel any different. And I'm proud that this relapse wasn't from being bored or being stressed out but just extremely horny.
