Made it to day 4

Morning nofap family I’m on day 4 now no PMO and praying and giving God all my troubles and problems to him has really helped me that don’t mean I don’t struggle with porn no more but it makes it a little easier to overcome but because of years and years of watching porn I still struggle with it because you you deeply desire and want to look at a beautiful woman and like I said I watch it because I was hurt growing up and really have not got over it 2 dads left and hurt me and my mom they both cheated and left it really does hurt you and I used it to fill a void to fill loved anyway I’m on day 4 hope everyone is doing good don’t give up !!!!!

 

Yes man 4 day last night I did have pressure in my gentitals area and I looked up and that is one of the withdrawals from porn too but I overcome it and survived another day but I struggle still even though I pray and read my Bible but I still struggle with women
