Major headache

    Am abstaining pmo , since one week and.. am having a major headache now.... As soon as I lay down my mind starts fantasizing wrong stuffs... And unable to focus on my work... In studies as well... What should I do....??

    Build self control pal. Nobody can guide you on how to do that because you will know your own limits and trends of thought better than anyone else.

    Studying itself is a distraction. You treat it as work; as a burden- that's why you fantasise when trying to study. The whole thinking here is off base buddy.

    Build discipline.
    Love yourself.
    Understand and apologise to your body.
    Pray if you believe in God.

    Then forget this bullcrap addiction and move on.
