Major trigger - internet dating websites

Internet dating sites are both good and bad. I admit that I'm biast since that is how my wife and I met. However, I remember what those sites were like (well okcupid and plentyoffish). Once the big issues with those sites, especially the free ones is that porn spammers use bots to create false profiles to try and lure in single men.

Okcupid does a pretty decent job of keeping spammers at bay but it still is an issue.

Anyhoo, if it is a trigger for you it sounds like the old fashioned method of going to bars, clubs, coffee shops, ect., is best for you.

Nooo, stay away! Stay far away! This is been my downfall. Internet dating sites are so much worse than porn, and they take so much longer. Plus they can put you on an emotional roller coaster that makes the rest of your life seem unimportant, when you start obsessing over whether someone is going to write back to you. I have a worse problem than most, but if you're on this site chances are that you could probably develop a problem like mine.
