    Hi members,
I am a 26 years old make from India. Was introduced to porn late but it has destroyed my life over the years.
I was exceptional student in my school days and have done my degree from a top college in India. But, the PMO habit over years has brought a lot of negative changes... A few of them are-
*excessive maturation and addiction to porn almost on daily basis. Sometimes I do it 3-4 times a day.
*deterioration of health... Lost weight and weakness
*loss of confidence and stagnant in career aspect.
*mind full of pervert thoughts many a times.
*multiple failures have led me to have suicidal thoughts as well.
*procrastination attitude and loss of zeal to do something new. Etc etc

Have tried to quit many a times but have failed every time.
Now, I came across this community and hoping to put an end to this habit and return to my normal old happy days.

I am hoping to be able to discuss my issues to get over it and in turn also help fellow memebrs in quitting the habit.

    Thanks.

All the best! You have taken an important first step. Use all the resources in the community. Remember, the addiction doesn't control you, you can control it.

Make a plan, work hard to commit to it and believe you will.
We all started from day 1, get past that and the journey will only get further.

I wish you all the best as you start to rebuild your life.
