    Nofap journey is not new to me ... I have been trying and failing for many years. I am looking for a group or people around my age for mutual support in fighting porn addiction.. i will help you in all ways that's possible to me . If you are interested do comment on this thread or reply me. My highest days without porn is 290 days

    Welcome to the forum! Woah, 290 days is a huge lot! I encourage you in keeping a journal, it will help you reflect on yourself and finding the way to beat this addiction. You might feel sad for your relapse, but you already made great progress, so focus in that!
