    Hello Everyone,

I wanted to get the communities thoughts on using male enhancement pills like, V,S Etc. I spoke to my doctor about my PIED and he actually prescribed me the generic version of a popular male enhancement pill. I am 23 and by all means should not have to be using these types of medications but as many of you know having PIED makes having sex rather difficult.

The medications work great, really makes it easier to get an erection during any sexual circumstance. I have used them to have sex with a couple of women but don't know if this is beneficial to the recovery process? The goal from abstaining from artificial stimulants is to have real sex so if I am having sex with some help do you believe its a good thing or bad?

I don't want to become reliant on them and want my naturally occurring erections back but not sure if boner pills will help with that. Please share your thoughts!!

    Thanks Fapstronauts

  2. I only recommend if you have a relationship, in this case you should also think about your girlfriend.
If you have pied the only thing that helps you is to refrain from all type of sex, porn, masturbation and all kinds of orgasms including sex with your girlfriend, in my opinion.
I used and I ed drugs at first they worked perfectly then they started to diminish the effect and they did nothing but help pied to an even greater sexual exhaustion. In my opinion pied is a form of sexual exhaustion.
I am in a relationship it is impossible for me months of abstinence , if you don't have a girlfriend you can be happy ... it can't help you with anything.
It takes months ... in some cases years of total abstinence otherwise you will never heal believe me, ed drugs exhaust you even more, take away from you the last reserves of sexual potency, at some point you will wake up neither does it work anymore. It will be much worse.

Thanks for the advice! I dont have a girlfriend and only use them when I have an opportunity to have intercourse with a woman. But I see what you mean that they will slowly have less affects the more I use them. Seams like abstinence is the only solution but I am hesitant because thats rather difficult especially if i have a means to have sex even if i do have to use pills. Guess I have to remain single for a while or find a partner that is also abstinent so I can not PMO

I take daily low dose tadalafil 2.5mg.....It helps, big time, nothing like a pde5 inhibitor to give you that extra boost.

I wouldn't be too worried about becoming reliant on them, they don't cause any form of physiological dependency. Some guys do become psychologically reliant on it in the sense they don't want to have sex without being on it because its just so much easier. However, if you have PIED and are trying to maintain a relationship while rewiring I'd 100% use it, it's what I've done, works.

I plan to take low dose tadalafil for the rest of my life for health reasons other than erections. The vasodilating effects it has on the penis it also has on all veins of the body. In the clinic I work at our doctors recommend it as a means of preventing heart disease, and cardiovascular disease starting at a young age. Long story short it keeps the veins healthy all over the body, preventing stiffening, cracking, and as a result prevents plaque build up, and narrowing of arteries. Even been some studies that have shown daily use restores normal erectile function in guys with certain forms of erectile dysfunction, namely endothelial cell dysfunction.

They also don't stop working as well like some people suggest, it's been pretty heavily studied. The only reason guys stop responding to them is that their cause of erectile dysfunction has gotten worse. Don't have much to worry about if you don't have a physiological, or hormonally caused ED. Though I suppose if a guy's PIED got even worse, that might also cause them to not work as well, could see that.

I get it pretty cheap by buying it from Peptide Pros, about 60 bucks for a years supply.
