man i just want to get over with this addiction

    hello guys,hope you doing good . i have been addicted to porn and masterbation for roughly about 6 years. im a student and it really interfere's with my studies and social life.i feel like i can not be productive and i cant really concentrate on anything.
    the longest streak i have ever gone is for about a week. my goal is that i totally want to stop watching and masterbation all together and make something out of my life.
    if u guys have some advice i would love to hear it.

Connect with others on here with similarities such as age or situation. Start a journal to log each day. Many use a journal to log what they accomplish on a list of betterment and well-being tasks they set to do each day.
