  2. Day 8 checking in. I've had some small temptations, but so far have managed to shake my head or do other things to keep me on track.

    Daily Bible reading, gratitude recording, meditation and prayer has been helpful too. Oh and some exercise to help with the full-on anxiety I've had lately.

    Great to hear :)

  4. For me, the source of my addiction has been toxic shame, the emotion that says I am defective or I am a mistake and not worthy of anything. And porn simply exacerbates my shame to new levels. However, having been clear of PMO for the last 45 days, my shame is slowly waning. I am also currently reading about overcoming shame. That is why I feel so good at the moment.

    I am glad to see you doing well despite the temptations. Keep up the good effort :)

    Similar for me typically. Except for it waning - I'm not there yet, and there are other things going on right now which are more "present" for me than the shame.

    Let's keep moving, and get our armour and weapons :D

  10. I broke my own agreements with myself and ended up fooling around with my gf the last couple of days when she was in town. Not exactly a reset (no P or M), but still, it was against my values and my plan, so I'm resetting my counter. We've also spoken about boundaries/what we've gotta do to help stick to the plan - and more talks to come I'm sure.

    Day 0.

    Still, it's been 20 days since last using P, which I'm happy about :)

  12. Day 2 checking in.

    It’s been great having my best friend visiting from overseas for the last ~10 days. I feel guilty though that I haven’t been myself, but have been distracted a lot in my own thoughts and emotions.

    Still, even though I’m only on day 2, it’s actually day 22 since using porn. The temptations are weaker already. I must keep staying away, no peeking, no “testing” of any sort. Just stick to the narrow path.

    It’s great to see @person person doing so well, and I’m praying for you tonight that you also would be renewed in your passion for walking this narrow path.

    Day 8, No PMO target over 90 days so taking this challenge. Doing kegel exercise everyday and occasional workout every week too which reminds me not to deviate from this whole package. 100 days no PMO, 100 days kegel exercise and at least 1 or 2 times workout per week.
