    May I suggest, review your journal - your reasons for quitting porn, maybe write them down again with a fresh mindset including what sort of a person you want to become, and how quitting porn will help.

    Also, my psyche asked me the following question recently, and I ask it of you:
    What does porn give you? Really, what does it do for you? If you can figure out what it is that you're trying to get from porn, then maybe you can try to get that thing from somewhere else, somewhere more aligned with your values.

    I've gotten back into working out recently. Particularly if I feel crap in the morning, I'll work out. It definitely helps.

    its not the fundamental thing's that happen tbh,,, its the life.....idk if im too exaggerated thing's or maybe its porn taking its cause,, but life seem a little messed for my mind right now and tbh im at the stress point,, even have a hard time to sleep, got so emotional and angry and etc

    i just cant help myself when stress point are high af, porn mind came and i cant resist it...even tho i had 2 week clean or just 7 day or 1 day ... i just cant...and i have no strength to change the situation yet (the cause of my stress) its just happen

    the positive side are, even tho i constantly relapse i tried and keep doing so many positive behaviour like sleep before 10, no phone before bed, writing journal, exercise and sometime read some book's

    i hope that when situation are calmed down the positive behaviour that i keep doing it will come to fruitionon nofap streaks

    I understand. Life gets pretty messed up sometimes and can feel like it's out of control.

    I find meditating helpful for this. There are lots of guided meditations on Spotify. Maybe it could help you too?

    Btw I've been using an app called Time Until on my phone. I use the desktop widget which displays my streak (both total and individual challenge) on one of the home pages. Very handy!

    Checking in day 24.. Had strong urges this sunday, having nothing much do. Was able to survive.. :)
