    I have to admit that I watched P in the last two days after reaching 30 days. I should not forget about the challenge.
    Daily check in is really useful and I'll stick to that.

    Yep, daily check in is useful, especially in the early stages.
    What was the trigger/any learnings? Or did you only plan to do 30 days and forget about this one?

    I checked a video sent from a friend. And it went bigger. Should have cut it from the beginning.

    I happened to masterbate again after 3 days.. I found that I got a hike in energy after 54 days of restrainment. This energy i was struggling to check this last week... Day 3 again... I hope i'll survive this time.

    Don't worry brother.. we're on this together.. we'll survive.. :).. From my experience I no longer have depression keeping pmo apart for a considerable number of days.. Try focusing on self improvement.

    Oh man that sucks! Still, a trigger/learning has been identified. Now you get to decide what to do with it. That's a win.

    After 54 days that must have hurt. Good job getting back on here, ready to support yourself and others: legend :)

    Don't worry fellas. Review your reasons for doing this. You'll be back on the road in no time, and down the track will be looking back proudly at your old self where you made the decision to jump in to NoFap with both feet planted. Let's push forward together.
