My friend will be married on 15 november, she is one of my precious friend,, and i dont want to look like a sexual predator on her wedding, so its surprising to see that litle motivation got me double digit streak,,but i hope after november 15 i can continue this streak

Thank you for the support mate.. I'm heading consistently with gym.. gaining some weight(I'm lean) .. plus reading some stuff.. may be news paper.. sometimes books... fiction or academic... A way of happiness.. zero depression and a calm mind is something i appreciate on these days for all the efforts.. Day 16 it is.. I can feel a strong heat inside unlike last times.. which is very tough to check... I'm trying with all my efforts... now i'm splitting the challenge in to weeks... 90 days have around 13 weeks.. I've survived 2 weeks.. as I survive each week I cut down the weeks and see the weeks left,on my notepad.. plus checking my day counter. I've noted on my "what if" sticker on the wall with 10 good reasons not to repeat the same mistakes again.... I remind myself that this is an addiction.. which I really really want to get out... This is the way....
Yeah bro... I've also have a No nut november NNN sticker on my wall... to help me get through the month.. I'm seeing for all possible motivations for survival.
