I personally don't think you can be sure it had anything with the weed. I think that is a big assumption ur making there. There could be a million variables that could have caused it.

I never understood that. Why take drugs to make you feel better? Why not find other things that can make your mood good and exciting? Like hobbies or activities you find interesting, or maybe a girlfriend/boyfriend? Why depend on drugs?

Does anyone think it would be smart to reward yourself with marijuana use after reaching your no pmo goal? I think if I had something to look forward to that isn't pmo, it might make me more inclined to stick with it. Like every 30 days of no pmo, treat yourself to a day where you just smoke and enjoy yourself? I took a break from weed and drugs and alcohol before nofap, it's been around 90 days. So I'm wondering it it would be ok to set goals of 30 day intervals where on the last day I can smoke and reward myself. Or would that be counterproductive?

Marijuana is great for your pineal gland (third eye), but you should wait until you completely recover from your PMO addiction, since PMO has affected your brain like it has to mine.

I think you should wait until you completely recover from your PM addiction, so your brain could be healed and you can work on opening your third eye easily.

I think it is fine. As long as it don't become a habit and are going to use it 24/7. Cannabis can also be quite a good teacher, that is if you write down the lessons. Otherwise u will forget

It's a plant, it's from nature, so it shouldn't be that bad as long as Cannabis isn't used excessively.

I was using it 24/7 , that's why I decided to take a break, and I was using painkillers to the point where I became physically dependent and got sick when I didn't use them. So I decided it was time to cut out all substances, even caffeine. Well about 20 days into that I thought what better time than now to actually get serious about stopping pmo. I had managed to cut back to about a 1-2 times a week habit. I have had no issues in not relapsing on substances but the pmo part is hard lol. Anyway the point I'm trying to make is that I don't want to be dependent on anything. I would like to still use marijuana, I love it. But I dont want it to be an all day everyday thing like it was. I couldn't even get high from it really anymore. I'd be high for like 10 minutes then be back to normal. And it took me over 80 days to finally pass a urine test, so there was thc sitting around in my body for 80 days after I quit. I would like to only use it as a reward but I'm afraid I'm going to end up right where I was. Maybe I will wait until after 90 days and give it some more thought then, but until then just focus on NO PMO. But eventually I would like to use it as a substitute to pmo relapse. Like if I just absolutely can't go without some type of dopamine release, use the chronic and not pmo. That's probably not a good plan for beating an addiction, I don't really know what's best.

If you fully recover from rebooting, your brain would be back to normal. So I suggest you smoke weed until after you recover. It's good for you, anyways, so you don't have to completely quit it after you recover. Just don't use it excessively.

I'm blazing my 1st one of the day it is nearly 4:20 I'm on 7wks with one stupid lapses which lasted less than 5mins the guilt was horrible after , but as a every day smoker with over 20 years I can tell ye since I started the feeling from weed is better and clearer I'm smoking less up earlier and motivated talking to more people and hating myself less and less every day brain fog is at a all time low . I was blaming weed for years but since I joined nofap I know what the root of the evil (porn) . We're all different I also don't drink alcohol I'll thrust land made over man made any day . It all comes down to willpower at the end and the want to change your life . Power on bros

Well I want to at least hit the 90 day mark before smoking again. But now I am thinking maybe I should tell myself if I can go 30 days without pmo, then I have earned the right to treat myself to some herb for a day. Then go another 30 days and so on. That way I have an incentive to not pmo and I am making sure that I don't overdo it on cannabis. One every 30 days, then after 90 days no pmo, once a month and special occasions seems like a reasonable amount of usage without overdoing it. I've actually heard that overuse of marijuana causes you to not get the benefits from it. Also I know chain-smoking cannabis caused me to not have dreams or at least forget them. When I quit smoking I started to remember all my dreams. I think after 90 days of no pmo I might eat some magic mushrooms. I have access to them, but I want my mind to be as pure as possible before I use them again. I want to go on a serious vision quest, possibly even fast for a couple of days before using them. And not have a mind clouded from overuse of alcohol and drugs. Even though I'm going to use cannabis, I think I am permanently done with alcohol and all unnatural drugs like painkillers.

DMT would be a drug to use, when you do this, after your reboot.

I've never done it. I wanted to at a younger age but could never get my hands on it. I've matured mentally so much since then. Now I am glad I didn't use it back then. I would be interested in trying it now, I think when I finally reboot I will be ready for it. I know what I want my life to be, I know who I am, I'm not pretending to be something I'm not like I used to. Even though I am anxious around people, I am confident in myself and that I'm on the right path. In my younger ages I just thought you could get like super powers from using acid or shrooms. Now I have a better understanding of what it means to be spiritual. It has everything to do with the actions you take and nothing to do with the image you put out to society.

That's right, man. Go for it! And opening your pineal gland does give you special powers from within.
I feel like when I recover from my PMO addiction, and I reboot, I can finally be able to open my pineal gland easily and keep it activated. Soon, I'm gonna open a thread where I'd tell people to ask me anything they wanna know.

Weed really helps me hold back. Thanks to cannabis, I relax and I don't want to do anything, just chill ... But as good as it did for my abstinence, I noticed that over time I started to get a little addicted to marijuana. I didn't want to delay this, so I immediately started looking for a solution to this problem. A friend of mine advised me to find out more about kratom types, as kratom helped him get rid of exactly the same problem. I also decided to try kratom and it surprised me a lot. Depending on the dosage, it affects the body in different ways. If the dose is large, then it works just like the herb and completely relaxes me. This way I was able to completely give up weed, but keep my abstinence!

Did you ever try just not smoking weed for a couple months and seeing how it goes? Sometimes it helps to change your routine because of associated activities
