    So i started my journey with the 100% intention of going full no PMO.

    Thats proving challenging, however, not for myself.

    Is anyone here married? and if so , what strategies do you use to stick to the plan?

    I heard it is easier married than single.
    I am not married but i have read few books on this matter and the book i highly recommend is Cupids poisoned arrow by Mania Robinson.
