    Hi everyone, I'm Peter, I'm 45, married, father of one son. I am bisexual, I struggle with addiction to pornography and compulsive sexual behavior, with my sexual identity. My family suffers, my job, my self-esteem. I tried to quit it several times, but the longer I lasted, the more difficult the relapse was. Today was the first time I heard about NoFap, so I thought it was worth a try. (And yes, coming from Europe, English is not my first language.)

    Hi dude, I am married too, and I know how that can destroy a family. I started nofap about two moths ago, and I'm having incrediable improvement.

    Ansewer for your self, what are the benefits about the PMO and what are the benefits stay without the PMO. You will see that there is a better life staying without it. Stay hard, believe there is a good life waiting for you.

    Thanks a lot, RafaBR! It really helps to read other people's experiences and to know I am not alone with these issues. I hope we can help each other with overcoming what we are dealing with.
