Married but experiencing loneliness?

I am not married yet but everyone can be lonely
I always tempted to fap whenever I am lonely
That's why now I try to be more social

 

You probably need to start getting closer to your wife.

 

From time to time I do experience loneliness in my marriage. Although now less than before. Marriage is hard, and it's not easy to make it work, and even harder to make it work smoothly.

Do you hide a lot of what is going on inside from your wife? Do you have some hobby or something you do together? Do you make plans to meet with her in a romantic manner once a week or something? In your place, I would answers these questions as truthfully as you can. Then you can start to plan and act to make your marriage something better for both of you.

Taking responsibility for your relationship, and not just for one of you, can be both fulfilling and meaningful to you.

 

If you feel lonely, chances are she does to. If you do not do something to stop that feeling you will both drift apart.

Try to spend more time with her to get closer together, bring her out once a week for a nice meal or a few drinks, maybe to a movie.
