Married guy here gotta kick the habit

    Hi guys. 45 year old married guy here with a serious addiction to porn. Have a pretty independent job and spending more and more time scoping porn - have not been caught but it's dangerous and my mind is clearly not completely focused on my job.

    Swore it off (again) two days ago and found this site while poking around the internet looking for something (anything) besides porn. the conversation and support on here seems really cool and I'm hoping you guys can help me, and that I can help out in return.

    Welcome Tommyknocker; you're not alone in this anymore. The only way I can beat PMO addiction is by interacting with other men going through the same thing. I'd suggest you get an accountability partner and start a journal. Both help me tremendously. Good luck! This is the start of a new way of life. Feel free to contact me anytime.
