    I know i am doing ok on this streak.. However my brain was tricking me. had slight rush of dopamine to make me go to the massage parlour which i drove 14 miles, but as i got there i know i was having thoughts of getting them to do all those sexual fantasy act...however i got to the door i turn back for whatever unknown reason and back to my car i drove home... don't know what is going on with me?? i can feel my brain was getting that feel of feeel good feeling but it never got it so now it feels like theres a stone drop on top of my head becuase it didnt get what it want...

    Wow congrats on over coming that temptation and to your overall progress in NoFap! I would've dived right in after driving that much lol. I'm also debating with myself to visit massage parlours but I look at my bills due and remember " pleasure is very costly". Not just from a financial view, but also from a karmic view. Don't beat yourself up for wasting some gas on the drive. Maybe your trigger was boredom and you just needed to leave your house and do something.
