massive balls pain after a week of nofap

    First I started the nofap challenge I was hoping to keep outta PMO all together. But after a week or so, I started feeling a terrible pain in my balls, and I had a feeling of my lower belly being full - like it was gonna leak, or explode. So I wanked. It helped. And now I discover, that every week or so, I gotta beat the meat to keep myself from suffering this paritcular pain. Do you guys have any remedy?

    That's the price you have to pay. No-one said that NoFap is easy. It can get pretty tense down there after some period of abstinence, but it goed away when you engage in activities that do not remind you of sex. Do you have that feeling the entire time?

  3. Sounds like "Blue Balls". The blood and nerve tension accumulates in genitals and sometimes pelvic region which can cause some discomfort or even pain. You fix it by making your blood to go somewhere else. Cardio exercise somewhat helps. But lifting heavy weights, especially heavy squats are the most powerful. But any weight training works because it pulls blood from other parts of the body to the muscles. Also do pelvic floor stretches and cold compresses. One other thing that I personally find extremelly powerful is 6th Tibetan Rite:

    Exercise Proper: Stand

    1) Tensing Phase:

    a) Stand straight up and slowly let all of the air out of your lungs. As you do this, bend over and put your hands on your knees. Force out the last trace of air, and then, with the lungs empty, return to a straight up posture.

    b) Place your hands on your hips, and press down on them. This will push your shoulders up. As you do this, pull in the abdomen as much as possible, and at the same time raise the chest.

    Said another way, tense all of your muscles, scrunch up your shoulders, clench your fists and place them on your hips. Claw your feet into the ground. Try to stay like this for a slow count of ten.

    c) Hold this position as long as you possibly can if you can't make it to the end. When you are finally forced to take air into your empty lungs, let the air flow in through the nose.

    2) Relaxation Phase:

    a) When the lungs are full, exhale through the mouth. As you exhale, relax your arms, letting them hang naturally at your sides.

    b) Then take several deep breaths through the mouth or nose, allowing them to escape through either the mouth or nose. The object is to completely relax between each of the Tensing Phases.

    3) Repeat the rite if needed, but once is usually all you need.

    Nope. It depends actually. If I get too excited, after some time of abstinece, yet I do not release the tention by fapping, that's usually when the pain appears. And it lasts for couple hours after the initial exposure on whatever got me excited.

    Thank's for the exercise advice. I'm gonna try it out the next time I have this problem. :)

Well that cannot be the case, otherwise recovery is impossible if your reboot is compromised every week on average. :rolleyes: Apart from the advice you have had so far, cold water also helps, as it helps resolve the congested blood flow. You can do this by directing the water onto your balls during a cold shower. Or, you can dangle your plums in a bowl of cold water. Or, you can cover an ice bag/block with a towel and hold it next to your testicles for a while. The pain will go no need to reset.

    Blue balls or nothing just another means of something you need to work through then you're just allowing yourself to slip then relapsed so it's not a real phenomenon it's a it's an easy way for you to cop out and fap yourself, if you have no patience if you have no patience note self discipline no self Drive no self preservation that's why you keep flogging the dolphin I made it 92 days I just leak at night and it's not a big deal you just make it a big deal and it is just an excuse the more you continue to do it the more you're going to do it 92 days hardmode pmo with my wife so go try to bullshit somebody else but you can't bullshit yourself

    @Foxislander Haven't you figured out, that since I wrote this post, I am actually looking for solution, instead an excuse to cheat on the rehab? Thank's for help by the way.

    So, your testicles cannot be too full from semen. The body naturally excretes dead/unused semen in your urine. Now, there are other things that may cause your testicles to ache, including psychosomatic (they hurt because you think they hurt).

    What you describe here:
    is called anorgasmia, it's what happens when you turn yourself on and your body gets ready for sex by sending a bunch of blood and fluid to the penis and testicles but does not release it through orgasm. Get an ice pack, divert blood flow elsewhere (do some squats), and STOP EDGING - it is holding you back. Three minutes. It takes three minutes to get through a craving, you can do it! Get out of whatever that situation is and do something else for three minutes.

    It depends on what goes on your mind... if you have sexual thoughts your genital are agitated, then you get "blue balls" eventually you have a wet dream in which you expel the semen

    I dont buy that thus is really physical pain, but more like pain of giving something up that provides instant gratification ie. jacking off. However its your life and you can do what ya like.

    Try cold showers. An ice p as CK for a few minutes might help to. If the pain continues see your doctor. It might be something serious so you should have it checked out.

    Epididymal Hypertension
    The term epididymal hypertension also refers to what is commonly referred as ‘blue balls’. Men who get aroused easily or engage in sexual activity without ejaculating suffer from blue balls. The symptoms associated with this condition include pain, tenderness, and even a bluish hue in the testicles.
    Cause of Epididymal Hypertension
    The reason behind the occurrence of pain and other symptoms in Epididymal hypertension is the collection of blood around the penis and testicles which does not get released very easily. Physiologically, the body starts to increase the amount of blood flow to the genitals when they become stimulated and the blood level then goes back to normal after ejaculation.
    A decrease in the amount of stimulation can also reduce the amount of blood flow but an attempt to continue to delay ejaculation even though the stimulation is present could lead to the pooling of blood and the associated symptoms.
     
  19. are you sure its balls that hurt you? Maybe u need to take a shit or eat something ?
    Does it last all the time ? If so then just fap - next time maybe it wont happen. If not - endure and wait for wet night

    Hey guys, thank's for your replies. It's been a while since I first encountered this problem, and I think i got over it already. It's like you said - all is true: it's natural for this condition to occur when presented to stuff that prepares the body to sex, and then it just doesn't happen - like porn without jerking off. So, nowadays I try avoiding any kind of content that makes me horny, and at the same time doesn't give me a chance to load off in a healthy way. And if I do break, I face the consequences - feeling like someone's busted my balls with a baseball bat.
