Hey man. Props for lasting 2 years, that’s quite an achievement. I’m 85 days in and have no inclination to PMO. I’m sure during your journey you felt the same way, what changed? Was it something you had planned to do or did you just decide to do it out of nowhere?

 

Man that’s like having your favourite meal put in front of you everyday and telling yourself you can’t eat. Why you doing it to yourself mate? Surely if you have the discipline to abstain from masturbation you are the type of guy that can do the same with the P? If it works for you though, more power to you.
