    I would make ginger tea, hot water, cut ginger. Helps with stomach, nausea, etc.. It has a lot of zinc which is the big male mineral. You can get zinc supplements cheap on ebay, dollar stores, etc.. I would focus on quality protein to build strength, no junk foods, whole grains, like cooked oatmeal, not microwaved; a little honey.

    Long story short, don't let masturbation dicktate what you do or don't do. Try not to do it, but if it happens, just keep moving. Keep going and pursue your dreams and passions anyway.
