    I'm 24. I'm trying to curb my masturbation and porn addiction. I've noticed that I don't last long when I'm with a girl, I ejaculate prematurely. This was not the case before and I'm worried. Is my masturbation addiction the cause for my premature ejaculation? Has anyone else faced this or am I the only one?

    I think premature ejaculation happens when you are too excited and rush everything. Make out with the girl for a long time and kiss her neck. Then finger her for a bit,once she is really wet, have sex.Foreplay helps with pe.
