What is right, what is wrong? The answer has to be very individual. Most fapstronauts have realized they are addicted to P and M and all they want is to get rid of addiction.

It’s ok when you don’t feel any need to change your life. Why did you register here? If you feel fine with your habit of M - great! I have realized I am addicted to M and it feels wonderful to get rid of addiction. It’s all about addiction and not of the result.

 

People come here for different reasons, although centred around the same issue, people have different issues and are looking to achieve different results.

For example, I am looking to quit porn, not really for health reasons but because I have a moral objection and have made the decision to try and cut it out of my life. I had no aim to cut out masturbation or sex, although I would say that masturbation has reduced significantly now I have cut out porn.

Whatever has brought you here is your initial goal, you don't need to worry about what other are doing necessarily.

It's good to set out your goals, no only for other people to offer help but also I think it's very good for you to set out your problems in writing.
