First of all, tiredness is one of my biggest triggers. If I am tired, lonely, and cannot sleep, then my temptation soars. In the past, I have given into temptation when I could not sleep at night. There is another issue, though. Sometimes I start masturbating while still asleep. Usually, I wake up in time to stop, but sometimes that is not the case. I read an article about sexsomnia and how it impacts up to 7% of the population. Does anyone have any advise or insight about this? I completely do not want to masturbate at this point, and sleep masturbation is getting in the way of my retention plan. For me, it does not go against my goals, but it is not exactly something that I want to keep happening; if that makes any sense. Let's put it this way: I push myself excessively hard not to masturbate when I am tempted to, and then I wake up masturbating without having any intentions of doing so. So, advise or insight, anyone?
