    Hey Guys,
    I have been living without masturbating and it feels like my stamina has increased. Is there any relation between masturbation and stamina? Does masturbation decreases the stamina ? Will rebooting help to increase sex time ?

    I read people here on forum and also Reddit giving different reports on this; some say abstaining has increased their stamina during sex and some say it actually decreased it. Personally I'm one of those who find that abstaining increases my sensitivity and arousal levels so much that I get premature ejaculation. It's all back to normal once I ejaculate tho, then I can last decent amount of time again for few days.
